Process Details

  • Consent is collected by licensed clinical staff at time of scheduling
  • Timestamp and staff ID recorded with each consent in the patient record
  • Patients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • SMS messages contain no Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Message frequency varies based on procedure schedule
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
