Every step arrives with its date.

The schedule is built backwards from the procedure date, so what to buy and what to stop each land on a named day rather than arriving as a rule the patient has to apply themselves.

  • Prescription pickup is a step of its own, dated — seven days before is Friday, August 28, not "about a week ahead"
  • The over-the-counter items the office recommends are listed on that same step: simethicone 320mg and bisacodyl 15mg
  • A hold carries the rule and the date it resolves to — hold five days before, so hold by August 30 — with the drug class named beside it
  • Critical reminders kept in front of the patient: a responsible adult for the whole procedure, photo ID and insurance card, no driving afterwards
